Voyage of the Onion People (VOTOP) was originally written as a 25th anniversary present for my wife (she really digs wind music). It was originally performed at our big anniversary bash in September, 2005 by the Chinook Winds, a group of enthusiastic amateur musicians in Seattle. VOTOP has since been publicly performed a number of times by that group, and it received it's European premiere November 19, 2005 when it was performed in London by the Kaleidescope Winds.
